Delivery and Tracking

Why is there a 5-10 day delivery time when I have ordered from Ireland?

In the past, we posted our products from Cork but due to the high prices with 'An Post' we now send our packages from Belgium with UPS. Delivery usually takes about 5-10 business days.

In the past, we posted our products from Cork but due to the high prices with 'An Post' we now send our packages from Belgium with UPS.

I still did not get my order, now what?

As soon as the product passes to the postal service(s), any delays which occur when it is with them is not our responsibility. We consider a package lost if it does not arrive to its purchaser within 25 working days (now 45 working days due to the Corona Pandemic) and will offer a full refund or resend the products.

Are these whitestrips authentic?

There are many fake Whitestrips out there and we make sure our customers get the authentic ones.

Should I brush my teeth before and/or after I apply the Whitestrips?

Brush your teeth to make sure there is no leftover food or bacteria on them before applying the strips.
There is no requirement to brush your teeth after using the Whitestrips, but if you wish to do so, allow a minimum of 30 minutes before brushing.

                               

Refund & Returns

Can I get a refund when my package got lost?

We offer a full refund when the package got lost by the post.
Due to the Corona Pandemic, we offer this refund after 45 business days, instead of 25.

Alternatively, we can resend the product.

I changed my mind. Can I return the product?

You can do so within 30 days, simply send an e-mail to info@whiteteeth.ie. We will offer a full refund after receiving the original order.
